Management Systems Analyst

DMS International is seeking a Management Systems Analyst to assist the Program Manager in the implementation and maintenance of the IT systems for the FAA AMA-200 contract.

The Management Systems Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on employee and software management, work flows and administrative set up and maintenance of data structures and business processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing new and enhancing existing cloud configurations, supporting complex transaction processing, and issue resolution.

Specific Tasks

  • Supports Implementation and Operations Management best practices
  • Facilitates the installation of training software from Instructional System Designers to FAA classes
  • Analyzes ongoing IT Operations to find cost savings, verify system security and identify opportunities to streamline storage space.
  • Helps conduct training for all new, existing and revised procedures.
  • Tracks and monitors IT systems being assigned to individual users for short and long-term periods to ensure accountability and maintenance.
  • Leads and supports tasks on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, and Software Application Development & Maintenance
  • Creates and/or supports project deliverables
  • Performs analysis and diagnoses client issues while demonstrating an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Education & Experience

  • High school Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Demonstrated experience with computer and communications-related programs
  • Ability to work independently, under general guidance
  • Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
